Our Deluxe room was upgraded to a suite. We were also delighted to know that there were a choice of beverages which were complimentary in the suite. Taj will be our preferred chain of hotels henceforth.This was one of the best properties of Taj.

Stayed with my kids at Taj Palace New Delhi and celebrated my daughter’s birthday there. All the staff members were very nice and especially Chef Sameer Sangal was exceptionally caring and kind towards the kids and took special care of them. Extremely thankful to everyone at the property for making our stay and experience so special and memorable. Will be back soon!

Dear Taj Palace Team, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you for making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable.We were celebrating our Anniversary in Goa and U beat the hospitality of Taj Fort Aguada. No wonder, we love to unwind here on the last leg of our leave every three months. As soon as we enter, Surjeet at the Valet will come running to greet us seeing our car number. That is so heartwarming. At the checkin, Zubair as always made our stay special with an upgrade. Shashank with his calmness helped in a smooth Checkin. And when we reached the room, there was a cake, room was decorated and bath tub was done to help us celebrate our anniversary. We loved all of this. At the lounge, Sachin was very cordial and took good care of us. The icing on the cake is always walking to the Capital Kitchen at Breakfast. Beauty and Suryadeep made us comfortable while we waited for a table. But as soon as we entered, Chef Sanjeev and Mannu spotted us and came to greet us. Felt so nice. And Mannu remembered my favourite Egg Benedict and Chef ordered a special Paneer Parantha for Col Sahab. The Egg benedict was prepared by Chef Raman and it was the bestest. Deepak took good care to ensure that I get my perfect cup of tea. At the Spa, Anita as always was welcoming and Varsha took good care while we took steam. The Room was nicely cleaned by the staff, I can’t recall the name but was Murthilal I guess. In the evening for Tea, Vikas and Vishal remembered how I like my tea and again got me a perfect cup of tea which sorted my day. It was great to be back to our favourite Spicy Duck. Hearing that Bina and Mohit are not there we were worried but Varsha took good care by helping us decide a delicious meal and Rajeev Sharma took care by sending us a mouthwatering desert to complete our meal. We love how everyone can judge our taste and then takes care that we have a hearty meal. The next morning I was happy to find Mushtaque at the Pool, he is always taking care of the guests so well. And at breakfast, we were happy to see Chan back who knows that we love a window table and tried getting one for us. Today I was eagerly waiting for special request to Chef Sanjeev for Amritsari kulcha. And when I came to my table, I saw people staring at my plate which made me smile. The meal was prepared by Chef Dinesh and Chef Gautam. I felt like we were having the kulcha in Amritsar. So good. Chef Sameer n Chef Sanjeev packed us a cake which I enjoyed when I was stuck in a 2.5 hour jam back to Uttarakhand and thanked them with every bite I took. Before we checked out Vikas and Vishal made sure to serve us a perfect cup of tea and Shrishti made sure we were enjoying it. The checkout as usual was very smooth. Surjeet was sad that we were leaving but with a smile he bid us good bye to welcome us back on our next leave. Once again thanks a lot to every one for making our stay so comfortable and making Taj our second home. Looking forward to our next stay soon. ♥️♥️
